At Exponent, we specialize in being crypto nerds. We love talking, thinking, and evangelizing about crypto. We are geographically distributed and have no central office. We are open to hiring the best regardless of physical location and background. A large part of the sales process is about education. If people get crypto, they get why investing with us is a great idea. Ideally, our Sales Director will also be a great evangelizer who eats-sleeps-crypto-repeat.
The person who will thrive in this position should be a hungry and driven individual who has what it takes to build a sales team to take Exponent tºo the next level. We are looking for someone that loves educating people about finance and crypto and that has the experience to manage a diverse sales team.
The plan is to build a 5 person sales team, from the current two. Scaling requires processes, goals, metrics, systems, and culture to help get people into crypto and make our fund grow. The ideal candidate should have credible experience in running a sales team.
- Strong love of crypto and decentralized systems
- Relevant experience in sales
- Hustler and entrepreneurial spirit
- English 100% / Spanish 80%
- A college, master’s degree, Ph.D. and post-doc’s are not required, but a good story is.
